Night Shift Counterbalance FLT Driver – Temp to Perm

Location: WF3, West Yorkshire
Hours: Sunday to Friday (Nights)
Salary: £26,208 + £30,320
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Major Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established and respected company based in WF3. We are looking to recruit a dependable and motivated Counterbalance FLT Driver to join their night shift operation.

Shift Pattern:

• Sunday: 9:00pm – 6:00am

• Monday to Friday: 9:30pm – 6:00am

• 40-hour working week

Salary & Benefits (post-probation):

Role Responsibilities:

• Learn to pick wood panel products from warehouse racking

• Load fleet vehicles accurately and safely

• Operate within strict health and safety standards using radio equipment

• Demonstrate clear communication and teamwork skills

• Adapt to and learn the full role over a 3 to 6-month training period

Essential Requirements:

• Valid, externally trained Counterbalance Forklift Licence

• Good level of physical fitness for manual handling tasks

• Strong attendance record and work ethic

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
